Canadians Take top Honours in BMWCCA Club Racing

Toronto, ON - Feb 8th/2010 - It is my distinct pleasure to announce that Peter Carroll has just been confirmed as the BMWCCA Club Racing C-Modified National Champion (again).

This is a ‘threepeat’ for RAVEN Racers. 2009 is the third year running that a RAVEN driver has taken this North American Title. Also, positions number two and three on the podium this year are occupied by Allan Lewis and Mark Marquis – so it’s RAVEN 1, 2, 3 in 2009! We are a small group of Canadians competing in what is essentially an American Series, but we seem to be making a bit of a mark.

Congratulations to Peter, Allan and Mark for an excellent effort in 2009. 2010 should prove to be a very interesting season because it looks like we might just be our own best competition again. Good luck and safe racing to all….
