BROCKVILLE , ON - Brockville Ontario Speedway will be the place to be for Eastern Ontario and Northern New York racing fans again in 2010.  The fast quarter mile clay oval has just released it's schedule for the upcoming race season which for the second straight year will run from May until October.  The Beast of the East will have some new series coming to challenge its high banks along with a bigger than ever October 15 to 17 finale.

Brockville's core classes will remain in place for another season.  The DIRT 358 Modifieds, DIRT Sportsman, Street Stocks and Rookies will be part of the weekly presentation.  The McNamee Vintage stock cars will be semi-regulars as they have been for the past couple of seasons with the odd enduro feature mixed in as well.  Race time on Saturday nights from the May 15th season lidlifter through September 11th topless 358 event will be 7 pm.  Sportsman and Street Stocks will also have some special challenge events with other local tracks throughout the campaign.

The Northeast Fall Nationals in October will be a three day affair in 2010 coming off a very successful two day show last season.  Friday night, the 15th will feature the Street Stocks and DIRT Pro Stock tour.  Saturday afternoon is a 358 Modified DIRT series event and Sprint Car twin bill, with the Big Block tour and Sportsman series taking centre stage on Sunday the 17th.

Late Model fans will have a couple of opportunities to see the wild wedged machines take to the fast quarter mile.  The O Reilly All Star Late Model series will venture north of the border for a special mid week show on Thursday, August 12th. The series features the hottest late model drivers from Pennsylvania and New York.  The Ontario Dirt Late Models will make their second annual appearance at Brockville on Saturday, July 24th.
