GRAND BEND MOTORPLEX LAUNCHES EXTREME 32 SERIES VICTORIA DAY WEEKEND

This Victoria day weekend will see the launch of the Rudy Held’s Performance Centre Extreme 32 Series presented by Armando’s Pizza and Amherst Quarries Ltd . The program is a totally new format for Grand Bend Motorplex as it pits the quickest 32 vehicles in the park against each other . “This is the first time we have had a program open to Door cars, Dragsters, Altereds, and Bikes” says GBM General Manager Ron Biekx “ It will be something new and entertaining for our fans”. The Extreme 32 Series is an 8 race series made up of single day race programs with 2 qualifiers followed by eliminations. Entry fee is $150 with a 100% payout to the racers, plus a Year end points fund thanks to the sponsors. “ There are a lot of great cars out there that can’t quite make the Napa Quick 32 program, so this is a great alternative for them” says GBM owner Paul Spriet.

In addition to the 2 Extreme 32 races, the Rudy Held’s Performance Centre Rockin & Racin wkd presented by Leaf Racewear will feature the opening race of Ontario’s Premier Heads up Street racing Organization, the OSCA, plus GBM Thunder and Junior action, a 300MPH Jet Dragster, with all of this topped off by a great Sunday night concert featuring The Trews.
