Avondale Speedway: Race Results for 7 June 2009

Jason Neville from St. John's won the Mini Stock Feature Race in an action filled event which had two cars rollover several times before the winner was finally declared.

Mark Lannon finished second followed by newcomer Jason Cahill. Neville also took the second qualifier of the day and Mark Maher of CBS won the first qualifier.

The Street Stock division was dominated by Mark Maher as he took the Qualifier and then returned to win the Feature. Jonhatan Wakeham finished second and Corey Bishop of Paradise finished second.

The Race you Neighbour was won by Brad Walsh from Holyrood and Luke Best of CBS finished second. The Super Stock division saw Denis Weir of Foxtrap win the Qualifier and then return in the Feature for a double win.

Josh Collins of Placentia finished second and Shane Coffin of Thornlea finished third. Complete results are attached for Sunday June 7. Next action at the Speedway set for 14 June which will see Stock Cars plus "Bikes on Dirt" and the Ladies Powder Puff Race.
